Refund Policy
At D & T Creations LLC, each custom order is created specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized items.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, dates, and other customization details before approving your order. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
If an item is damaged upon receipt or if an error was made by D & T Creations LLC, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Photos of the item may be required.
Design fees and rush fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for customer errors, incorrect information provided by the customer, change of mind, or orders that are not picked up by the agreed-upon date.
