At D & T Creations LLC, every custom order is created with care and attention to detail. Please review our turnaround and pickup guidelines before placing your order.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
Turnaround time begins after payment has been received and all necessary customization information, photos, wording, sizes, and other order details have been provided.
If a design proof is required, delays in approving the design may affect the completion date.
Rush Orders
If you need your order before the standard 1–2 week turnaround time, a rush fee is required.
Rush orders are subject to availability and must be approved by D & T Creations LLC. Paying a rush fee allows your order to receive priority processing based on the agreed-upon completion date.
Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is complete and ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Pickup arrangements, including the agreed-upon date, time, and location, will be communicated directly with the customer.
Late or Missed Pickups
If you are unable to pick up your order at the agreed-upon time, please contact us as soon as possible to make new arrangements.
Orders that are not picked up by the agreed-upon date are not eligible for a refund. D & T Creations LLC is not responsible for items left unclaimed for an extended period.
Important Reminder
Please plan accordingly when ordering for birthdays, graduations, holidays, business events, or other time-sensitive occasions. We recommend placing your order early enough to allow for the full turnaround time.
