Processing & Shipping
Our standard turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 1–2 weeks. This is the time needed to design, create, and prepare your order and does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method for your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be provided at checkout or before your order is finalized.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, D & T Creations LLC is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and damaged item so we can review the situation.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We will provide available shipping or tracking information to help with the carrier’s investigation.
